Why should I hire one of your virtual bookkeepers for my temp or part time work?

When you hire with All Starr Bookkeeping, you do not have to worry about unforeseen circumstances. In addition to the benefits hiring a virtual employee–not worrying about them moving away, saving on employee benefits, and other cost savings–if one of our bookkeepers will be out for an extended period of time, such as hospitalization, one of our other bookkeepers can take over, usually with 24 – 48 hours, and you simply pay out to All Starr Bookkeeping, without worrying about all the issues of hiring yet another new employee.
How is pay handled?
It is handled much like you would hire any other independent contractor. In essence, you are “hiring” All Starr Bookkeeping. We provide you with our EIN, and all related information. You would then pay All Starr Bookkeeping the way you pay any of your other, virtual or remote, workers.
Generally, we require you to hire our bookkeepers for a minimum of 20 hours per week, at $15/hr.
How often should I backup my files?
It is industry standard to suggest backing up your company file every day. Additionally, monthly and yearly backups are also suggested, especially off site.
